Terms of Booking
Draft only. This page is a checklist-style placeholder and is not ready to govern bookings. Replace it with terms drafted for your actual operating and contracting model.
1. Company and role
Identify the contracting legal entity, registered address, contact details, and whether Aurvara acts as a travel adviser, agent, reseller or principal for each service. State clearly which entity accepts payment and issues confirmations.
2. Enquiries and confirmations
An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after the relevant provider or authorised booking entity confirms availability, inclusions, final price, payment schedule and applicable terms in writing.
3. Prices, taxes and inclusions
Set out currency, applicable taxes, exchange-rate handling, deposits, balance due dates, inclusions, exclusions, transfers and any extra charges before payment.
4. Providers and programmes
Describe the independent role of each retreat and the process for confirming programme suitability. Do not promise a medical outcome or represent Aurvara as the provider of clinical care unless that is legally and operationally true.
5. Guest responsibilities
Set out accurate traveller information, passports and visas, arrival times, conduct, accessibility requests, travel insurance and the need to follow provider instructions.
6. Changes, complaints and force majeure
Specify how itinerary changes, provider cancellations, disruptions, complaints and exceptional events are handled, including realistic remedies and deadlines. Avoid blanket exclusions that may be unenforceable.
7. Governing law and disputes
Insert lawyer-approved governing law, jurisdiction, consumer-rights language and dispute process that apply to the actual business model and customers.
